In this course you'll engage with simple, guided exercises for getting started and keeping on going. Move through fear, stuckness and procrastination towards full, alive creative expression. Write to relax, release, revitalise. Write from your senses. Give yourself permission to play with the rhythms and textures of words. Write easily, fluidly from your past, present and even your future.Have fun with lists, letters, dialogues, free writing with guiding phrases, bringing objects to life, zooming in, expanding on, visualising and collage.
