Special Evening Forum
On the evening of Thursday 12 March, Bonney Djuric and Christine Green will tell the remarkable story of the Parragirls Project Group which they set up in 2006. The Parramatta Girls Home is Australia's oldest and longest running welfare institution for girls and was once the site of an orphanage for children of the women from the adjacent Female Factory. The Parragirls Project provides a support network for former inmates like Bonney and Christine, and campaigns to lift the profile of this part of our city’s history.
All are very welcome to attend.
