Let yourself dare to dream.How would you truly like this area of your life to be? Allow your expansive, ideal vision to emerge. Identify obstacles, tap into sources of support and devise action steps towards fulfilling your vision.This course is a unique blend of creative expression and life coaching in a safe and stimulating atmosphere. Use simple writing, guided meditation and collage exercises to gain clarity and purpose. Have fun along the way. Move through fear, stuckness and procrastination towards full, alive creative expression. Write to relax, release, revitalise. Write from your senses. Give yourself permission to play with the rhythms and textures of words. Write easily, fluidly from your past, present and even your future.Have fun with lists, letters, dialogues, free writing with guiding phrases, bringing objects to life, zooming in, expanding on, visualising and collage.
